Episode 17: Tom O’Brannigan

Tom O'Brannigan is the voice of handball in all English-speaking countries, commentating for the EHF Champions League on EHFTV.com.

Tom is one of the significant catalysts that connects people from around the world to the sport of handball. He has elevated the commentating in the world of handball, and brought excitement, and for many people, made them feel a part of that game, or whatever arena he was in.

He has also played and coached handball at an international level. Tom was the assistant coach of the Ireland National team and National Coach Development for Schools in Ireland.

In this episode of Straight Handball Talk, Tom and Bini Mustafa talk about how Tom got into handball, discovered handball in Ireland, and how, though they have yet to meet in person, the sport of handball connects them, forever.
