Ljubomir Vranjes embodies the spirit of competition, holding 3-gold medals from European championships, 1-gold medal from the World Championship, and and Olympic silver medal with Swedish National team, and countless club honors as both a player and a coach.

He currently coaches the Slovenian national team and Swedish IFK Kristianstad.

In this episode of Straight Handball Talk, Ljubomir shares with Bini Mustafa, among other things, his early role models and his take on handball in the US.

The two also reminisce about their time working closely together to organize the Big Apple Tournament in NYC in the early 2010s.
